LECAD is a new partner in the Excellerat 2 project

With the new year, the second phase of the Excellerat project began, which also includes the LECAD laboratory.

The LECAD laboratory is a new partner of the Excellerat 2 project, which started on January 1, 2023. In January, at the Kick-off meeting of the project, the researchers of the LECAD laboratory met with the other participants in the project.

The kick-off meeting took place at the headquarters of the project coordinators of the High-Performance Computing Center in Stuttgart. It was intended to review the set goals, the presentation of new partners and the review of the duties of all partners.

Matic Brank, as project manager at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, presented the tasks that our researchers will perform in the project.
